Shipping

  • Free shipping for standard UPS Ground delivery.  Images are generally delivered within 5-10 working days from the order date.

  • Express and International shipping pricing available upon request.

Returns & Refunds

Images cannot be returned or refunded. 

If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail info@2riverscollection.com and we will assist you in the replacement process.

Damaged Items

Congratulations! You've received your new artwork, and we're confident you're going to love it. It's very rare but it does happen from time to time that a package is damaged in shipment. When this happens we want to get the issue resolved promptly for you. Follow these steps:

  1. Open and inspect your artwork as soon as possible once it has been delivered.

  2. If you notice any damages to the artwork or package, please keep all packing materials on hand as it may be required should we need to open an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

  3. Please e-mail photos of the damage to info@2riverscollection.com

  4. We will review and assist in replacing your purchase in the most efficient manner possible.

  5.  Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of order date to quality for a full replacement.
